Rates
$120 per session for Individualized Therapy
$150 per session for Couples/ Relationship Therapy
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits, payments, copayments, and deductibles. You are responsible for any services your insurance does not reimburse. You are responsible for missed appointments without 24-hour prior notice. A $60 fee will be charged for cancellations without 24 hour notice. The following insurances are accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Cigna, Medicare, Some Medicaid Plans, United Healthcare, UMR, Web TPA
Payment
Cash, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
