I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and relationship therapy. Relationship therapy assists couples and individuals with improving communication, intimacy, and emotional well-being. Relationship therapy believes every relationship has the potential to grow and heal.

My role as a therapist is to help you identify and challenge self-limiting thinking and teach you strategies to replace them with more realistic and positive options.
